Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

v  You have 7-30 days (Depend on product) from the date of delivery to return an item. At the time of order you can find return days.

v  To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

·       Unused and in the same condition that you received it

·       In the original packaging

·       Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

v  Gift cards

v  Downloadable software or digital products

v  Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

v  Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

Return Process

1.     Select item which you want to return in e-shop Menu      return (Sub Menu)

2.     Contact our customer support at [support@ewayshop.com] to initiate a return.

3.     We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

4.     Pack your items securely.

5.     Our shipping captain will pick item from your door step.

Refunds

v  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

v  If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

v  If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

v  Return shipping costs are:

·       Free for defective or incorrect items.

·       Customer’s responsibility for all other returns.

v  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
